Biography: My name is Arthur "Sparky" Sisson Jr. I live in Madison. I am married to my lovely wife Claudia. 1 son Cris who lives with us and 1 daughter Stephanie who lives in San Diego. I work for AT&T in Jackson as a Sevice Consultant. I love the LSU Tigers, the New Olrleans Saints, and the Atlanta Braves. I love computers, gardening, watching TV, and playing disc golf. I decided it was time to get healthly and lose weight about 2 years ago when I was taking pills for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes. I was embarssed to look at myself in a picture. I still hate looking at myself in a picture, but the high cholesterol and diabetes are gone. I am fascinated with health and fitness and since I am over 50, I want to stay healthy for my family and myself for many years to come.
