I am a born-and-bred Texan; my accent proves it! Even folks in the South make fun of it. Being Texan means I was raised on chicken-fried steak, Tex-Mex and UN-sweet tea. The tea is great, health wise, but the rest has caught up with me.
I'm now 51 and trying to get fit. I need help! So, folks, thanks in advance for your support and suggestions. My goal is to have not quite such a big seat on a tiny bike seat!!
