I was always a skinny little kid and a skinny teenager. When my first marriage started to hit it's first issues, I began stressing, A LOT. This led to me being put on steroids for a long period of time - resulting in significant weight gain and change in my eating habits. I never lost that initial weight gain and it continued to get worse as I got older and after my pregnancy - I was just plain old overweight. I've bounced up and down since 2000, but I'm hoping to finally make a permanent change for the better.
My motivations are my health, my daughter and the example I want to set for her and my hopes to one day have another child. Getting pregnant right now would be dangerous to me and an unborn child. I want to do better and I CAN do better. I CAN do this.
