Stress can negatively influence our life, taking over our lives before we know it. Identifying common symptoms of stress is the first step in alleviating stress from our lives. Physical inactivity and obesity are at epidemic proportions in the United States resulting in an increase in the prevalence of a multitude of chronic diseases, poor quality of life and premature deaths. The health care expenditures associated with physical inactivity and obesity continues to rise each year with increasingly catastrophic costs to society.
There are certainly some very simple eating approaches that can be taken to reduce the chance of certain conditions, expecally those related to heart disease, ie. high blood pressure..... And the good news is that you don't have to give up great tasting food! Although there may be a bit of adjustment, most everyone can adopt these approaches effectively.
Energy-N-Motion is new to the jackson area and is growing. It's a great place to workout. There are only 3 trainers and they only work by appointment only. This means that it's never crowded, maybe, only 3 people are in there at one time besides the trainers of course. The trainers are really nice and really care about you and your goals.
