  • You never give up and never give in ------ Failure is not an option! LOL I try to talk myself out of walking occasionally but I usually overrule that desire even when sick--- and I usually feel a world better after a good walk or run than I did when I started. I keep myself on the rode or tread by looking toward the next race and getting ready for it!
