Hi, Everyone.

I am Cassandra Wilson. As a mother of three, wife, and business owner, I can say a lot of times I don't take the healthy route. I am so excited about how this site is going to motivate fellow Mississippians to live and be fit. Living in Rankin County, I hope to meet other people that are interested in being healthy and shedding a few pounds. It would be nice to meet a work out buddy as well.
