HIIT for the win

I've been skipping the gym for the past couple of weeks now and I am doing HIIT or high intensity interval training for maximum aerobic and anaerobic fitness. It's been working out for me pretty well and I've felt better than when I've been going to the gym.
I've lost at least 5lbs in a week of doing HIIT and following a strict diet. That is a huge success for me.
