Hello everyone my name is Michelle and I am new to the group. I was motivated to join because in July at the age of 36 I was put on High Blood Pressure meds and was told that body fat indx was 44%. I have three young children and I need to do better for them. Not to mention I have a family history of High Blood Pressure as well as diabetes. I am excited about the changes I have already begin to take on my new future.
