Asparagus recipes?

I am trying to eat more fresh vegetables, and that includes asparagus. I've had enough stalks grilled on the George Foreman, so I'm looking for new ways to fix it. Any suggestions? (my husband isn't an asparagus fan, so keep the recipes simple, for this non-cook's sake!)

There is a recipe in the Weight Watchers cookbook that is made with balsamic vinegar that that family loved. Would you be interested in that?
Still planning on riding with you hopefully soon. Went riding Friday night around local subdivision. Eileen
