I am cooking a pork loin in allegro (sp) marinade with mashed sweet potatoes, english peas, white corn. and rolls with apple/cranberry dump cake for dessert (of course we will have the cranberry sauce in a can also) for my thanksgiving meal ..... My dad doesn't do the turkey thing so we opted for the pork loin instead of ham...... I may toss some raw spinach in a low calorie dressing or no calorie (walden farms) dressing if I think I need one more thing..... So I am not being good this thanksgiving holidays are always murder on my schedule and diet and eventually my system but they are my weakness I guess.....

I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength contact me at getfitvicksburg@yahoo.com check out my blog at www.alpha150.blogspot.com

I watched an episode of The Biggest Loser right before Thanksgiving, and they had recipes for the most wonderful-looking foods you could cook as an alternative to the traditional high-fat, high-calorie holiday foods. Go to the Biggest Loser site and search for recipes. They've got tons to choose from, and not just holiday food.
