On counting calories
Last time I went to New York City, I noticed the posting of calories affected what I ordered from the restaurants, doing my best to pick something I liked that was lower in calories (and typically much healthier).
I wish restaurants, on their own, would adopt this change. It could help them sell more healthier food, and we would all be healthier as a result.
