Exercise IS My Stress Reliever!
I get upset ----- I strap on my walking shoes and tell it all to the asphalt! I pray, I cry, I scream, and I walk faster ----- I get it all out and then I feel better! I do believe you can not hold all that stress inside or you will explode------------- you need an outlet and the best one I can find is walking the stress out! So get moving in these troubled times and please don't forget to PRAY ---- when you Fully Rely On God (F.R.O.G.)---- all things are possible!
