Spoke too soon

I HAVE gained weight back! ACK! 3 lbs! DOUBLE ACK!

I CANNOT let this get out of hand. I'm too proud of where I was just a few weeks ago to lose control now. It requires constant effort though! Especially when I start allowing breads and pastas back into my diet because it's very hard for me to maintain portion control with those things.

My plan right now is 3 fold.

1. Revert back to the beginning of South Beach Phase 2. Phase 1 but with fruit. Leave out the whole grains again for right now. I need to get my self control back.

2. EXERCISE. I've been walking again and once I am down to my halfway mark I'm going to add pilates.

3. Journaling. I'd REALLY gotten slack there because I felt I was in my routine and I didn't need to document my eating like I had been because I was doing so good. But this tool really helped me get focused in the beginning stages of my weight loss so I'm going back to what I know worked in the beginning.
