Chef Tony enjoys directing and executing the vast productions at St. Dominic’s - everything from patient nutrition, cafeteria production, deli and cafe units, physician dining and in-house catering. Another activity includes cooking demonstrations for corporate and community programs. Additional involvement, over the years, include various community related events and fund raisers such as Habitat for Humanity, Share Our Strength, Hospice Ministries, Mustard Seed, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Red Beans and Rice Festival, Mistletoe Market Place and Star Chefs for the March of Dimes.

He is the executive chef at St. Dominic Health Services and is a graduate of the distinguished Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Over the 27 years he has been in the food business, he has had the opportunity to work in various areas in the industry. Tony started at a high volume seafood restaurant in Destin, Florida and from there he has enjoyed hotel, fine dining, country inn, saloon eatery and country club work over the years.
