Yogurt a superfood

Yogurt is one of the "superfoods" we should seek to add to our diet.

The New York Times is running a series of recipes on the unique food that benefits our health and digestion.

The latest focuses on using drained yogurt as a spread or dip.

The Times correctly advises that we should buy yogurt that is low-fat, not no-fat (no-fat has artificial sweeteners such as aspertame).

I like the yogurt with the fruit at the bottom. It's a tasty treat you can eat for breakfast or even as dessert.

I've read that yogurt also helps with bad breath. Who knew?
