I'm down 9 lbs!!!!

My BMI has gone down by 2!!! Woohoo!

I have been trying to weigh once a week, but when you start Phase 2 on South Beach you are encouraged to weigh a little more often to make sure your not backtracking as you add more carbs back in to your diet.

Thanks to Sandi's post yesterday I remembered something I could have for lunch on days when I'm bored with salads - SMOOTHIES! I used to make them frequently when I tried Nutrisystem a couple of years ago. I LOVE them and that will be a nice coool lunch on these HOT, Mississippi summer days.
