Dealing with stress

Stress can negatively influence our life, taking over our lives before we know it. Identifying common symptoms of stress is the first step in alleviating stress from our lives. Take a look at this list. Have you experienced any of these symptoms? Make sure to contact your physician if these symptoms persist for more than two weeks.

1. Fatigue or tiredness

I definitely relate to No. 1
I definitely relate to No. 1 and 6 ... stress makes me so tired! After a very long day, I could sleep for 10-12 hours. Thank goodness for weekends ... that's when I get caught up on my nap time!
