Exercise helps you lose weight
Exercise helps you lose weight, and the more exercise you do, the better.
Time magazine has an article talking about the myth of moderate exercise (30 minutes of activity most days of the week), saying a recent study showed those who exercised longer (more than an hour) managed to lose more weight and keep it off.

The bottom line is this: Exercise is a lifelong discipline. If you wind up dropping it, it's going to be much more difficult to maintain your weight and to stay healthy.
I typically fall into the moderate exercise category, but now I'm rethinking that. What about you?
