Habit #3

Two weeks ago I started taking vitamins on a daily basis to hopefully boost my immune system and get more energy and just plain feel better.
One week ago I started South Beach.
Today - I start working out again. I'm going to alternate walking and pilates. Finding time to exercise is SO hard but I'm going to do this. I need to be more mobile since I have a desk job.
Each week I've tried to add a new habit - this last one is going to be the hardest to stick with.
