Bad Eating Habits I have

The first step into overcoming your problem is to idenitfy that you have a problem. These are habits I need to break:
1. Eating frosting out of the container
2. Snacking constantly, especially as a stress reliever
3. Craving Dr. Pepper from Sonic.
4. Craving Chocolate at night
5. Not drinking enough water
What are your bad habits? How are you overcoming your bad habits?
