The Sloppy Banana
1 med to large ripe (almost too ripe banana) mashed
three squirts of any calorie free butter spray (I use "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter")
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon splenda
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon sugar free vanilla coffee syrup
1 teaspoon sugar free hazelnut coffee syrup (optional)
2 slices of 40 calorie honey wheat bread
In a bowl add all ingredient but bread; mix throughly
spread on one slice of bread and top with other slice place in toaster oven on dark toast setting
after ding let cool for a minute then enjoy! CRUNCHY, WARM, and GOOEY at the same time --- almost like banana nut bread in flavor!
A great source of potassium and only 180 calories
