On the last trip to the grocery store, I stumbled across a yummy drink in the organic section. There among the soy milk was a cappuccino- flavored "Soy slender" carton, which was flavored with Splenda. It was lower calorie than the other choices, so I bought some.

I tried it, and it was wonderful. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, either, but the taste was mild and sweet enough that it was very good. I don't like regular soy milk, but this kind was fantastic.
