Broccoli Linguine

Description
This vegetable pasta dish will leave your mouth watering for more.
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 lb linguine, preferably fresh
- 1⁄2 lb broccoli florets (about 3 cups)
- 2 t olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Bring 3 quarts water to a boil in a large pot. Add linguine and broccoli. Cook 2 minutes. (With dry linguine, cook pasta alone for 7 minutes; add broccoli and cook 2 more minutes.) Remove - 1/4 cup water from pot. Drain linguine and broccoli, and return to the pot. Mix olive oil into reserved water, pour over pasta mixture and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste.
