The Stability Ball-A Funny Story

Several years ago my office had a contest. I work for, at the time was BellSouth and we take phone calls from customers. These calls were subject to a possible survey on how we handled the call. The contest was, the office with the most 10's (rate us from 1 to 10 on how we handled the call) gets to pick a prize from a list of cheap stuff. My office won! The prizes were a tough choice between candles, dishes, pottery, and coffee cups. There was 1 prize that was different, an Exercise Ball. About 10 of us decided to give it a try.
I had read a lot about the Exercise Ball. It was supposed to be the best form of exercises for your abs, and my abs needed some help. All 10 of us were ready to be be swimsuit ready with our new miracle worker. Excitement filled the air when our balls were delivered. I was serious about making this work. I pumped it up and 2 years later I still try to get on it 2 or 3 times a week. I get my exercises by entering STABILTY BALL on TI-VO. I have put together about 10 Exercise Ball routines that I rotate doing. The Stablity Ball is by far the best form of exercise for your abs. One of my exercise goals was to be able to do 100 sit-ups. I haven't reached that stage yet, but I can do 100 sit ups with the ball. I am so proud.
I asked my co-workers on how well the Ball is working for them. I think half of them did manage to blow it up. 1 of them said that that she thinks it is alive, because it travels from room to room. Some of them did get on it for a few weeks. Exercising on it is tricky. I have busted by butt a few times falling off it, but it is really a great form of exercise and I encourage everyone to invest it one. Kids love them. If anything they are great for a good game of kick ball.
