I bought a Wii Video Game System for Christmas and I am having a blast. The funny part about it is that me and my wife are 53 years old and my son who is 26 lives with us, but he is a Playstation 3 person.

The decision to loss weight is a personal one. Sometimes you may have a spouse or a friend agree to do it together and if you do, consider yourself lucky, because with help, it gives you 2 or more heads to motivate to do the good things and discourage from doing the bad tings.

I wish I had a bigger house and more money, because if I did I would have 1 or even 2 exercise rooms filled with stuff I bought off infomercials. Armed with these fat burning, easy to use with little effort, take off the inches machines, I would be guaranteed or my money back to lose weight and look like the guy on the Bowflex commercial.
