It's been two weeks since I last blogged! Oh my! More than my good eating habits have been slipping apparently!

I HAVE gained weight back! ACK! 3 lbs! DOUBLE ACK!

I CANNOT let this get out of hand. I'm too proud of where I was just a few weeks ago to lose control now. It requires constant effort though! Especially when I start allowing breads and pastas back into my diet because it's very hard for me to maintain portion control with those things.

My plan right now is 3 fold.

I've been slacking. On blogging and dieting. Had some extra stress lately and I've let it get the best of me. I've not gained any weight back, but I haven't been on the losing track anymore.

It's a never-ending battle that's for sure, but I know I have a plan that works if I just stick with it and not let life's ups and downs interfere.
